Job Summary
You will ensure the quality of fresh goods by carefully handling, inspecting, sorting, and packing them. You will maintain clean and organized work areas and follow standard operating procedures to support efficient goods flow and accurate inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Handle fresh goods carefully to maintain quality during processing
- Inspect fresh goods for freshness and sort them accordingly before packing
- Pack fresh goods accurately to meet quality standards
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized work areas to support safety and efficiency
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth goods flow and accurate inventory counts
- Adapt to additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a forklift license to assist with material handling (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods during shifts
- Keen eye for quality to detect freshness and defects in goods
- Capability to work effectively in a cold room environment
