We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Officer to support our daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse organisation while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inventory control, stock replenishment, and regular stock counts.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain proper storage and organisation of warehouse inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Arrange and monitor deliveries and collections with logistics partners.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods where required.
- Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with workplace safety procedures.
- Assist in warehouse process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare warehouse-related reports and documentation.
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by management.
