Warehouse Operations Executive

Job Overview:
Join our warehouse operations team to coordinate inventory, shipments, and daily logistics activities while ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory activities.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktaking, and timely system updates using WMS/ERP.
• Ensure shipping documents, inventory records, and operational reports are accurate and completed on time.
• Support warehouse safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and process optimisation.
• Assist in achieving operational KPIs while providing guidance and support to warehouse team members.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS/ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.
• Location: East
