Warehouse Operations Executive

May perform any and/or all of the following:

• To ensure proper and control of stock receiving and issuing of company stock to the service team.
• To ensure that satisfactory level of stock and the accuracy of the record are held so that no excessive amounts of stock are held.
• To perform all admin work based on ISO procedures.
• To handle incoming quality check of materials and report all non-conformances and observations, investigate root causes for non-conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support Cycle counting and stock-take activities
• To perform packing of goods and handling of outgoing shipments.
• To establish and maintain safety habits on workplace
• To assist the HOD in Procurement and Sourcing of materials when necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

. 2 years in Warehousing experience / Supervisory experience

. PC literate in Excel & Words, able to do simple reporting

. Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage

. Confident and able to communicate effectively at all levels

. Forklift licence would be an advantage

. Able to work under pressure and independently
