warehouse operations executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse stock fulfillment and inventory-related activities through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions in WMS.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns independently and promptly via email.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure service levels and KPI targets are consistently achieved.
• Track order progress and ensure all timelines and delivery commitments are met by working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with the handling of heavy loads and physical warehouse operations when required.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure all customer orders are processed and completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork across departments to support operational efficiency.
