Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, store, issue, and transfer materials in accordance with approved procedures and GMP requirements.
Perform material transactions accurately in SAP systems and ensure timely completion of documentation.
Ensure inventory accuracy through timely system transactions, cycle counts, periodic stock takes, stock reconciliations, and inventory investigations.
Perform daily warehouse operations, including dispensing, staging, material movement, inventory handling, assisting in fixed asset management activities, and other warehouse operational activities.
Handle hazardous materials in compliance with company procedures and Singapore regulatory requirements.
Ensure materials are stored under appropriate environmental, temperature and humidity, safety, and controlled conditions.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and orderly warehouse operations in accordance with GMP requirements.
Conduct routine warehouse inspections and promptly report any safety, quality, compliance, or operational issues.
Support investigations and follow-up actions related to inventory discrepancies, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and non-conformances as required.
Maintain warehouse SOPs, forms, logs, and records, ensuring they are complete, accurate, up to date, and compliant with data integrity requirements.
Support warehouse equipment inspections, calibration, qualification, and maintenance activities.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits by providing accurate records and information.
Coordinate with QA, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers, and external warehouse providers to ensure smooth material flow.
Participate in and complete required GMP, EHS, job-specific, and qualification training programs.
Guide and support new employees, temporary staff, and contractors in understanding warehouse procedures, GMP requirements, and safety regulations.
Comply with all EHS, Quality Management System, and GMP requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance, and safety performance.
Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Requirement
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or equivalent qualification
Min 3 - 5 years of warehouse operation experience in GMP regulated working environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SAP systems (SAP EWM experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of GMP/GDP warehouse operations and inventory management.
Familiarity with warehouse safety requirements. Experience in hazardous material handling is an advantage.
Valid Forklift License is preferred.
Experience handling temperature-controlled, GMP, or regulated materials is an advantage.
Able to travel and work at external warehouses or other sites as required to support GMP warehouse operations.
