Duties and Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through timely updates in system records.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials according to safety standards.
- Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders, and transport providers where required.
- Implement continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- 2 years prior experience required training will be provided.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours and perform overtime if required.
