Responsibilities
- Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate with CS & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements
- Conducting Daily toolbox meeting in Warehouse and to ensure housekeeping are done
- Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals
- Working as a team to ensure daily task is completed - To coordinate with customer
- Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse to achieve full compliance to the company's requirement
- Liasing with internal CS and appointed service providers on day to day Export / Import Warehouse Operations
- Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Supply Chain industry
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office
