Warehouse Manager

Join our team as the new warehouse manager oversees the full spectrum of warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, storage, order fulfilment and outbound logistics. This role ensures efficient warehouse performance that supports business needs while maintaining safety, accuracy and productivity. The manager leads a warehouse team, sets daily operational targets, implements best practices and ensures compliance with Singapore regulations.

Warehouse Operations Management

. Oversee all daily warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, packing and dispatch

. Ensure accurate stock management and optimise warehouse layout for efficiency

. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery timelines

. Implement workflow improvements to increase productivity and reduce delays

. Ensure proper labelling, storage standards and handling procedures for different product types

Inventory Control

. Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and annual stock take

. Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions

. Monitor ageing stock, damage rates and slow moving items

. Generate inventory reports for management review and forecasting

Team Leadership

. Supervise warehouse staff including supervisors, storekeepers and packers

. Plan staff work schedules to meet operational demands

. Provide training on safety, handling procedures and equipment usage

. Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary matters when needed

Safety and Compliance

. Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health guidelines in Singapore

. Maintain proper documentation for audits, inspections and regulatory checks

. Oversee equipment maintenance such as forklifts and pallet jacks

. Implement safety drills, refresher training and hazard prevention measures
