Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and timely service delivery.
- Develop and enforce logistics strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Proactively identify logistical challenges and implement practical, data-driven solutions to improve performance.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable logistics and transportation regulations at local, national, and international levels.
- Design and implement training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and foster continuous learning.
- Define clear performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent achievement of operational targets.
- Address underperformance through timely feedback and corrective action plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with external partners to drive continuous improvement and explore innovative practices.
- Research and assess emerging technologies and systems that can enhance operational capabilities.
- Conduct routine evaluations of the operational network to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement targeted changes to optimize workflow, increase productivity, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operational improvements and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
. Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
. Preferable experience in FMCG warehouse
. Preferable with Class 3 license and Forklift license
. Proficient in WMS
