Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and stock takes.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety, health, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare warehouse reports, performance metrics, and inventory analyses for management review.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
