3-years experience in warehouse operations is preferable.
Proficient in office software, and familiar with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.
Good teamwork and communication skills, good integrity, attention to detail, good professional ethics, good organizational and coordination abilities, initiative, and responsibility.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to follow leadership directions.
Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.
Maintain accurate records of stock that has been stocked and report to Customer Service/Superior if any stock re-location/cargo is not found during picking.
Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing list to the order and ensure all goods are in good condition when received. Marking on incoming documents if discrepancies/damage are found and report to Supervisor/Customer Service immediately.
Verify all outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order and ensure all goods are correct before release to transporter/driver/export container.
Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of goods.
To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in the system.
Accurate on picking/packing, weight and cargo dimensions are correctly taken.
To ensure smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipments.
To ensure cleanliness/housekeeping/tidiness of the warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/condition.
Any ad-hoc task assigned.
Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury/property damage.
