Your Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our warehouse and customer service teams. You will oversee daily warehouse operations while also managing customer service activities, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, the Scania Parts Center (Belgium)
You will play a vital role in developing people, optimizing processes, safeguarding safety standards, and ensuring we deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire both warehouse and customer service teams to reach performance targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations
- Oversee customer order handling, delivery coordination, complaint resolution, and service follow-up.
- Monitor key KPIs related to logistics performance, customer satisfaction, and team output drive improvement initiatives based on these metrics.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, business analysis, safety, and planning teams to drive long-term process development.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, performance reviews, and team-building activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement inline with the Scania Way and safety (SHE) principles.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or customer service operations.
- A proven track record in people management: team development, performance coaching, and communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities results-oriented and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fluent in English.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience with ERP systems is a plus).
- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
