1. Warehouse Management & GDPMDS Compliance
Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading).
Ensure strict adherence to GDPMDS standards for the proper storage, handling, and preservation of medical devices and reagents.
Monitor environmental storage conditions (temperature and humidity controls) to preserve strict cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive items (e.g., CGM sensors, test kits).
Manage lot/serial numbers and track product shelf-life/expiration dates (FEFO/FIFO logic).
2. Inventory Control & Reporting
Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with WMS/ERP system records.
Maintain and update accurate stock movement records, transfers, and stock adjustment logs.
Flag inventory discrepancies, low stock levels, or approaching expiry dates to the Logistics Manager and Procurement team.
3. Order Fulfillment & Distribution
Accurately pick, pack, and label daily B2C e-commerce orders and B2B clinic/wholesale orders.
Coordinate stock transfers between the main warehouse, retail outlets, and showroom locations.
Prepare products and coordinate with 3PL providers, courier services, and internal dispatchers for timely delivery.
Assist on-location promoters and retail teams with consignment stocking and replenishment.
4. General Warehouse Maintenance
Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization, picking paths, and material safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment adhering to local workplace safety regulations.
Perform ad-hoc logistics or warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (Medical device, pharmaceutical, or retail logistics experience is highly advantageous).
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) and standard regulatory storage guidelines.
System Skills: Experience using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or internal stock systems) and proficiency in MS Excel for stock records.
Operational Capabilities:
High attention to detail regarding SKU identification, batch tracking, and document verification.
Physically capable of handling hands-on warehouse tasks (lifting, packing, organizing shelves).
Valid Forklift or Stacker Operator License is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, good organizational skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and reliable communication.
