We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, inventory, and ensuring the efficiency of all warehouse processes while adhering to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Plan and implement warehouse layout and space optimization.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor and improve the performance of logistics operations, including delivery schedules and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and address issues.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of inventory control and logistics processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
