Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

. Plan and manage logistics, transportation, warehouse, and customer service operations.

. Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

. Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics personnel.

. Oversee inventory control, order processing, and distribution operations.

. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.

. Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.

. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.

. Manage budgets, reports, and logistics KPIs.

. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track SKU-level data, ensuring real-time visibility for the sales team regarding In-Stock availability.

. Work closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

. Manage repair and maintenance for warehouse and overall building facility.

. Schedule delivery and pick-up of goods. Ensure trucks are loaded effectively to balance weight (beverages are heavy!) and protect fragile cargo during transit.

. Implement cycle count reports on monthly basis, strictly enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to minimize dumping or stock write-offs due to expired beverages

. Organize warehouse in proper and efficient manner and annual stock-take.

. Always Liaise and support management on specific programs and targets.

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

. Degree/Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

. Certification in logistics or supply chain and Custom declarant certificate will be a plus.

. At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

. Proven track record of managing logistics operations.

. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software

. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

. Possess excellent leadership and motivational skills, team player and ensure cost-effective and high-performance logistics processes.

. Work as a team to assist in hands-on picking and packing of goods when necessary.

. Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if necessary.
