Warehouse Manager

Neptune Robotics is an AI Robotics -driven maritime technology company specializing in autonomous hull-cleaning solutions. By combining robotics and artificial intelligence, we help shipping companies improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, and maintain cleaner vessels worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of equipment and spare parts.
• Coordinate with fleet operations, engineering, and procurement teams to align warehouse activities with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in warehouse operations.
• Plan and manage logistics for domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.
• Support the setup and readiness of spare parts and equipment for vessel rebuilding, refurnishing, and renovation projects.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Experience in technical equipment handling, maritime spare parts, or robotics-related inventory is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
