Your Job
As the Warehouse Manager at Molex Singapore, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe management of inventory, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse activities. You will lead a team to optimize processes, maintain accuracy, and support business goals.
Our Team
You will be part of the Supply Chain and Operations division, working closely with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless flow of materials and timely delivery of products.
What You Will Do
- Oversee all warehouse activities including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and storage.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Manage warehouse budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in electronics or related industry logistics.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification in warehouse or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
