Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective warehousing solutions.
- Optimize warehouse operations to drive efficiency and value for both the company and clients.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through close coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Execute cycle count programs and investigate / resolve inventory variances.
- Ensure effective warehouse space utilization and layout optimization.
- Support site workload planning and volume forecasting, including manpower, equipment, and space requirements.
- Lead logistics and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and programs are consistently implemented and maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
