Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse team to drive all aspects of warehouse operations - manpower planning, space optimization, equipment maintenance, process reviews, and cost management to deliver performance goals.
• Oversee, plan and execute inbound/outbound operations, daily perpetual count, storage location maintenance
• Ensure SOP compliance in shipping/receiving operations to deliver high inventory accuracy, prevent mis-shipping errors and damages.
• Upkeep high standards of housekeeping and safety, ensuring compliance to established SOPs and EHS regulations. Implement and review various workflows, work instructions, training materials and risk assessments.
• Improve warehouse capabilities through kaizen initiatives, standardization of operation, process & materials flow streamlining.
• . Report, monitor and drive achievement of Safety, Quality and Productivity KPIs.
• Analyse warehouse expenditures in order to develop plans for cost savings and profit optimisation.
• Identify trends or new requirements and recommend proactive actions to meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers on all operational-related matters.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related discipline with 3-5 years experience in warehouse supervisory role
• Proven ability to lead and manage team to achieve established goals
• Experience in warehouse planning and distribution, good knowledge in EHS
• Proficient in Ms Office, WMS
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting to higher management
• Experience in vendor management and customer relations.
• Ability to work on tight schedule, contribute and multi-task in a high performance and fast-paced environment. Good verbal & written communication skills
