Position: Warehouse Operation Manager
Location: 15 Changi South Street, S486068
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
Compensation: SGD 8,000 - 12,000 /month

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth

Design and scale e-commerce logistics solutions (fulfillment, last-mile, returns). Drive top-line growth, profitability, and expand the operational network.

2. Operations Management

Oversee all warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking/packing, dispatch), ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance (SOPs, 5S, safety).

3. Performance & Finance

Track and report critical KPIs (accuracy, fulfillment time). Manage operational costs, collections, inventory control, and asset management.

4. Leadership & Relations

Lead, motivate, and develop staff. Act as the primary contact for key clients, manage complaints, and oversee supplier/contractor performance and cost negotiations.

5. Process Improvement

Implement process improvements, collaborate with Senior Management on branch strategy, and ensure seamless service efficiency with Customer Service.

Requirements

At least 5 years of logistics/warehouse management experience.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) and system integrations (WMS/TMS/ERP).

Proven client engagement, contract management, and negotiation skills.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with ISO, WSH, GDP/GMP, or other compliance standards is an advantage.
