Warehouse / Logistics Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers
• Update inventory and stock records in system
• Handle goods receiving and dispatch documentation
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform data entry and filing
• Arrange transport and delivery schedules
• Support stock take and inventory control
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment status
• Ensure warehouse records are accurate and updated

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Minimum N-Level / O-Level / ITE / Diploma
• Logistics or supply chain qualification is an advantage

Skills Required

• Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Able to handle paperwork and data entry accurately
• Basic inventory or warehouse knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
