On behalf of the hiring company we work with, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Logistics Officer :
Billing and Invoicing:
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents to overseas customers.
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with shippers/consignees/forwarders.
- Verify shipment details upon receipt.
- Liaise with sister companies & distributors.
Warehousing
- Coordinates with freight forwarders and vendor warehouses.
- Coordinates transportation between the warehouse and the site installation team.
- Maintain records of warehouse storage and movement.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Others
- Coordination with vendors, warehouse, and freight forwarders.
- Forklift license
5 Days work-week
12-month contract, renewable, subject to job performance
