Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
- Coordinate between customers, suppliers, internal manufacturing department and forwarder to meet shipment schedules for both export and import shipments
- Inventory management and maintenance of accurate stock records
- Perform monthly/ yearly stock take and reporting (External / Internal)
- Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, cleaning, packing, issuing goods and loading.
- Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.
- Ensure warehouse storage capacity is kept at optimal levels
- Uphold workplace safety and health practices.
- Skip bin management
- Ad-hoc tasks by Management
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess minimum Secondary Education and above.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Hardworking and independent.
- Good Working Attitude
- Team player and able to multi-task.
- Require to have Staker/ Forklift License
- All times compliance to the safety and security protocol/SOP of Genic Singapore Pte Ltd
- Computer Literate - Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, etc.
