Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, stock checking, and warehouse organization
- Handle inventory data entry and maintain accurate stock updates in Shopify or inventory systems
- Print and manage barcode and thermal labels for product and SKU tracking
- Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment between warehouse and retail stores
- Prepare, pack, and process online orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements for customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts
- Ensure proper product categorization, storage management, and warehouse cleanliness
- Support daily warehouse operations and fulfillment activities
Requirements
- Familiar with inventory management and stock coordination processes
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, POS systems, or inventory management systems is preferred
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple SKUs and product categories efficiently
- Comfortable working in warehouse operations and logistics coordination
- Prior experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage
