Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to perform warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure timely shipping and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations by receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately to meet delivery schedules
• Coordinate with sales teams to align warehouse activities with sales orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts to support stock accuracy and availability
• Follow and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse and recommend improvements to reduce hazards and maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct electrical testing tasks as part of warehouse operations to ensure product quality and compliance
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned to support warehouse and logistics functions

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid forklift license and Class 3 driving license to operate warehouse vehicles safely and legally
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of warehouse and logistics experience to effectively manage warehouse tasks
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and computer applications to maintain records and communicate efficiently
• Apply electrical knowledge to perform testing and support warehouse operations safely
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse workflow
• Work independently and manage stress effectively to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Commit to working 3 days per week as required by the role
