Warehouse Head(GM)

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to: Managing Director

Operational Excellence & Improvement
Drive operational improvement, including EC-related operations.
Oversee container cargo handling, segregation, repacking, and outbound shipments.
Ensure accurate daily operations, error handling, and issue resolution.
Maintain and enforce safety standards (5S, workplace safety compliance).

Financial & Business Performance
Take responsibility for business and P&L performance of warehouse operations.
Ensure cost-effective management of manpower and resources.

People Management
Lead and develop a operational teams
Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement
Act as liaison point with HQ for operational reports, improvement updates, and progress reporting.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as Warehouse Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience in warehouse management, improvement projects, and operational know-how.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety management (5S), and compliance.
Experience handling diverse product categories (daily goods, cosmetics, mechanical parts, automotive parts).
Track record in e-commerce operation improvement is a strong plus.
Strong leadership and people management skills
