Working Day & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
Salary: $3000-$3500
Responsibilities:
- Supervise & lead a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers orders.
- Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Process billing invoices to customer promptly.
- Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the team.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement corrective actions to address performance issues.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure goods meet required standards.
Recruitment:
- Min Diploma holder
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Possess hands-on warehouse working experience as warehouse supervisor
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office software
