Job Description :
- Responsible for handling existing clients, build and maintain strong relationship to ensure client retention is effectively manage.
- Responsible for quotation handling including costing and pricing
- Account management to keep track of client's on-going business and review with the customer service manager and team leaders
- Contract Management to ensure that accepted quotations/contracts are updated in the company's system, filed, audit-proof, and that their validity is monitored
- Analyze supply chain processes and recommend methods to improve efficiency
- All adhoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements and Qualifications
- Related field in business administration, supply chain management, or its equivalent
- 3+ years of logistics, supply chain management, or account management experience
- Sales experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
