Job Description

Liaise with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with transporters and couriers for shipment scheduling and tracking.
Handle customer or internal inquiries regarding stock availability or delivery status.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
Manage inbound and outbound inventory movements efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular checks on equipment, storage conditions, and safety procedures.
Promote safe working practices among warehouse staff.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in inventory or warehouse management systems
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, and safety standards.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
