Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient goods management, accurate inventory control, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with internal teams to support seamless supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Manage and evaluate inventory levels, replenish stock, and report on warehouse performance metrics
• Track and coordinate receipt, storage allocation, and timely dispatch of goods and materials to meet delivery schedules
• Verify accuracy of orders, purchase orders, received items, inventory, and deliveries to ensure quality control
• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation to support warehouse activities and reporting
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety standards and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate the maintenance and deployment of vehicle fleets and equipment
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless delivery and supply chain processes
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support warehouse and logistics functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in business management, logistics, or a related field
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and use of computers and basic technology to improve operational efficiency
• Possess a forklift license (advantageous)
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management
• Availability to commence immediately or on short notice is preferred
