Job Description

  • Knowledge of warehouse management, stock management & logistic
  • Focuses on day-to-day facility and staff management (receiving, storage & dispatch)
  • Operates 24/7 on phone alert incl. weekend & Public Holidays
  • Start at 7am Planning schedule - delegate assignment & logistics (mid day meeting and scheduling night duty)
  • Broader scope, strategic focus & overseeing end-end performance
  • Process optimization & multi integration
  • Costs control - reduce costs & boost efficiency
  • Monitoring vessels via Portal
  • Liaise closely with agents and supply boats via emails and phones
  • Hands on packing & palletizing
  • Re-confirm vessels ETA and make sure delivery schedules are in order
  • Prepare D/O & documents for port/jetty access
  • Standby for supply boat return to offload cargo & waste disposal
  • Standby for after working hours, weekend and Public holidays for loading arrangement
