Warehouse crew

The Plattering Co. Pte Ltd, known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Crew to join our catering team.

The Warehouse Crew is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a catering company. This includes handling, storing, preparing, loading, and returning catering equipment, raw materials, and supplies to ensure smooth execution of catering events.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, check, and store incoming catering materials and supplies

• Assist in picking, packing, and loading items for catering events

• Ensure correct quantity and condition of items before dispatch

• Unload and arrange returned items after events

Inventory Handling

• Support stock counting and inventory checks . Identify and report damaged, missing, or expired items

• Assist in maintaining accurate inward and outward records

Equipment & Material Handling

• Handle catering equipment such as utensils, vessels, chafing dishes, tables, and containers

• Clean, organize, and properly store equipment after use

• Ensure safe handling of fragile and heavy items

Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Comply with safety rules and proper lifting procedures

Team Support

• Work closely with supervisors, drivers, and operations staff

• Assist during peak event times and urgent dispatches

• Perform any other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic education (preferred)

• Prior warehouse, catering, or hospitality experience is an advantage

• Physically fit to handle lifting and standing for long hours

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holiday
