We are a logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) service provider seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support our Warehouse Customer Service (CS) team. This role will assist in coordinating daily warehouse job requests and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal operations teams.
Your Main Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage job requests received via email from customers and internal stakeholders
Perform basic job intake, data entry, and documentation of operational activities
Coordinate with customers on job status updates, scheduling, and basic enquiries
Liaise with internal warehouse and operations teams to facilitate timely execution of jobs
Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records
Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the Warehouse CS team
Assist with any other coordination or operational support duties as assigned
Your Professional Background:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support
Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage
Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office applications
Good organisational and coordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
Willing to be based at the warehouse
