We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Warehouse Coordinator.

The opportunity:

The Warehouse Coordinator position has an integral role within TP Aerospace team, dealing with customers, suppliers, freight companies and various key departments within TP Aerospace. This position ensures all units are properly identified, tracked via corporate software suites, and maintained in accordance with industry standards for warehousing and transportation.

The primary tasks:

. Receive and review inbound shipments for transportation accuracy, inspect and communicate all required information, research, and complete all complex receipts of incoming material.

. Maintain all materials in accordance with AS9120 quality standards

. Receive, stock, pick, pack and ship orders for internal and external customers

. Prepare outbound shipments in accordance with DOT, ATA 300, and corporate requirements.

. Perform scheduled responsibilities to respond, prepare, and ship AOG required materials

. Adherence to all safety policies and procedures, company policies and procedures, business ethics and code of conduct.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator who can identify with the description below:

. ITE / Nitec /Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent

. At least 1 year of warehousing experience

. Ability to communicate proactively with team members

. Essential mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide

. 0 -1 years of aviation experience, preferred

. Prior operational understanding of Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, MS Office, and any related Aviation Software preferred
