Warehouse & Retail Sales Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse & Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory organization.
- Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations.
- Support retail sales and customer service activities.
- Process online orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
- Perform other duties related to warehouse and retail operations.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse duties.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
