Job Description:
The Shopee Regional Logistics team is committed to providing Shopee's users with the best possible e-Commerce logistics experience in the most cost-effective way.
Solution Design
- Research automation technology roadmaps and vendor solutions, and build internal databases for solutions, equipment, and suppliers
- Lead or support project teams in selecting automation solutions
- Lead or support solution planning, feasibility studies, and calculations for efficiency, throughput, and capacity requirements
Product Design
- Combine business processes with warehouse scenarios to participate in WMS/WCS function design and requirement definition
- Work with business, system, and engineering teams to define interaction logic between systems and automation equipment
Project Management
- Support project teams in vendor due diligence, technical communication, and solution reviews
- Assist in confirming the business blueprint and aligning process logic with solution differences
- Support on-site teams with site surveys, verification, and engineering design reviews
- Support cross-team coordination and issue tracking during the implementation phase
- Assist with UAT, process optimization, preliminary acceptance, and final acceptance
- Assist with project documentation management
- Support operations teams with training and SOP development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse automation, system integration, or WMS/WCS solution design
- Familiar with mainstream automation equipment (AS/RS, AMR, sorting systems, etc.) and system interface logic
- Strong cross-team communication, logical analysis, and documentation skills
- Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or FMCG automation warehouse projects is a plus
