Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate receipt of items in accordance with established SOPs and protocol.

• Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operation effectively.

• Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, issuing of goods for deliveries to logistic team.

• Coordinate with third party logistics (3PL) providers for daily inventory transfers and deliveries.

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database accuracy.

• Submits the daily inventory report to update the inventory status to sales team/ production team/ procurement team

• Conduct monthly stock-take exercise, perform daily inventory data entry in SAP system / upload the daily transfer/ receiving record.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.

• Stuffing, Unstuffing, Restacking, Labelling of products as needed.

• Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns.

• Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly.

• Operate forklift and reach truck as needed, adhering to safety protocols.

• Performs other related or ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

. 1-2 years of similar or related experience
. Familiar with store processes and inventory control
. Experience in food manufacturing/factory will be an advantage
. Possession of a valid forklift driving licence will be an advantage
. Strong, independent and able to work under pressure
. Able to liaise with internal and external customers (colleagues and suppliers)
