We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between outlets and HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate balance records
- Print delivery orders from outlets and HQ, including gift cards
- Answer and manage phone enquiries professionally
- Prepare shipments for online & outlet deliveries
- Handle filing, data entry and general admin duties
- Assist with product packing during non-peak periods
Requirements
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for handling enquiries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in both Chinese and English, as some customer orders and product names/information are in these languages

- Basic salary: $2,000 - $2,600
