Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibility

• Handling of goods for loading, unloading, picking, packing, checking and labelling
• Received ad inspect incoming goods
• Organize and store goods in designated location in an orderly and accessible manner
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain updated and accurate inventory records
• Ensure correct quantity when doing stocks transfer
• Review documentation and monitor product code to search for discrepancies if any
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency in inventory tracking and management
• Responsible to purchase needed items
• Operate pallet jack and forklift for inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized storage environment.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Ensure and implement of 5S within your workplace
• Maintain good housekeeping in the storage area
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Requirement

• Minimum Primary/Secondary School/O Level
• Preferably to have warehouse experience
• Physically fit
• Good initiative, responsible and can-do working attitude
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling
