Warehouse Assistant

The UD Group is a global leader in the manufacturing of trucks and parts. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Singapore Distribution Centre in Penjuru Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound receipts, including checking goods quality and locating items appropriately within the warehouse.
• Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials during the receiving and check-in process.
• Perform picking and packing activities in accordance with shipping standards and operational procedures.
• Carry out cycle counts, scrapping, and supplier return activities as assigned.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.
• Conduct pre-packing and labelling activities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a reach truck.
• Valid forklift license is mandatory.
• Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Work at Height certificate will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting activities.
