Company Overview

We are an SME specializing in the installation of Chilled Water pipe works (ACMV installation), including pipe routings, installation of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fan coils, air handling units and computer room air-conditioning units.

Job Summary

You will manage warehouse operations including inventory handling, stock inspection, and maintenance to ensure accurate stock control and efficient warehouse functioning.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inventory operations to maintain smooth warehouse flow
• Inspect and sort goods to ensure quality and correct categorization
• Organize warehouse items to optimize space and accessibility
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and updates
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts and perform random stock audits to verify stock levels
• Pick and pack stock accurately for outgoing transfers to support timely deliveries
• Record and file stock and bin card information systematically for traceability
• Assist the storekeeper in receiving and issuing all inventories to ensure proper stock movement
• Load and unload containers safely to facilitate efficient logistics
• Process Product Service Request Forms between warehouse and Technical Service Department to support service operations
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall warehouse efficiency
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery responsibly to ensure safety and functionality
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards to provide a clean and safe work environment
