Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Execute inventory transactions accurately and ensure timely updates to maintain stock accuracy.
• Handle physical warehouse tasks, including receiving, packing, storing, and distributing raw materials to production and customers.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with 6S standards.
• Ensure all parts requiring inspection are submitted to QA with complete documentation before release to production or storage.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve daily warehouse operations and processes.
• Organize and maintain paperwork for accurate and efficient tracking of inventory movements.
• Support weekly cycle counts and collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Work on rotating shifts depending on business and operational demands.
• Prepare and generate monthly reports and performance KPIs.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution will be an advantage.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive can-do attitude.
