Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 7.30am/8.30am- 4.30pm/5.30pm (Starting time depending on warehouse arrangement)
• Location: Jurong
• Salary: $2,500 - $2,700 + $90 Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Assist Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse operations
• Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff manage overall manpower deployment
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Purchasing, QC/QA, Production, and Finance
• Handle loading/unloading of containers and trucks ensure proper putaway of materials
• Optimize and manage warehouse space efficiently
• Update and maintain accurate stock movements in ERP system
• Repack and handle materials as required
• Pick and prepare materials for daily production use
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, temperature control, and general housekeeping standards
• Participate in monthly and annual stocktakes monitor product expiry dates ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and Safe Work Procedures
• Adhere to FSSC 22000 / ISO 45001 standards and company SOPs
• Support operations in other departments when necessary
• Perform duties with discretion and confidentiality
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirement:

• Hands-on experience leading warehouse staffs and daily operations
• Possess a valid forklift license
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
