Warehouse Assistant Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Gul Circle | from $2,300 onwards | 5.5 Days)

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at Gul Circle. If you are an experienced leader who can plan logistics schedules but is also willing to step in and drive a forklift when needed, we want to hear from you.

Work Information:

• Salary: $2,300 (Negotiable based on experience) + Overtime pay

• Location: 1 Gul Circle (Sheltered ramp-up warehouse with wall fans Air-con office)

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days

  • Mon to Fri: 830 am to 530pm

  • Sat: 830am to 1230pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and deploy a team of 4-6 warehouse assistants.

• Logistics Planning: Coordinate container stuffing/unstuffing and manage trucking in/out schedules.

• Operations: Ensure all jobs are followed up on and SOPs/Safety procedures are strictly followed.

• Documentation: Ensure correct filing of documents.

• Backup Support: Be ready to assist with data entry (SAP/Excel) or operate Forklift/Reach Truck during staff shortages.

Requirements:

• Must be Singaporean or PR.

• Possess a valid Forklift License.

• Computer literate (Familiar with Email, Excel, and SAP).
