Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare packing materials; pack, unpack, and move goods carefully to prevent damage.
Get shipments ready for incoming and outgoing warehouse orders.
Receive, store, pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for delivery based on WMS work orders.
Help with stock control and meet quality standards for audit checks.
Keep the work area clean, safe, and neat; use space properly.
Report any missing items, damage, or stock differences found.
Follow service standards, work processes, rules, and regulations.
Follow SOPs and safety rules when handling goods and using warehouse equipment/vehicles.
Carry out other logistics tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Basic understanding of English.
Willing to rotate duties (e.g., delivery support or labelling).
Able to work overtime when required.
Comfortable with lifting cartons (about 15kg) and standing for long periods.
Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of equipment checks, and record-keeping is an advantage.
