Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper

Perform issuing and receiving of raw materials, finished goods. And documentation for finish goods of outgoing shipments, receiving and general housekeeping/materials handling. Perform basic knowledge to use QAD system and Scanning good part IN / OUT from system. The person is expected to carry out ad hoc duties given by the production supervisor.

Job Descriptions

. Complete all transactions within 24 hours

. Perform warehouse duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking

. Ensure packing quantity and shipping document accuracy

. Perform raw material preparation for production

. Perform cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy

. Perform production schedule

. Ensure the warehouse premises are neat and clean

. Other ad-hoc warehouse responsibilities

Job requirements

. GCE N levels or equivalent

. Experience in warehouse/supply chain management is advantageous

. Packing 4-12kg finished goods

. Meticulous and willing to Learn

. Basic computer knowledge and good with figures

. Able to handle electric stacker and pallet jacks

. Strong team player

. Able to work shift rotation (if any)
