Position: Logistics Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and physically fit individual to support daily warehouse operations and assist with delivery and installation work when required.

This role is key to ensuring all furniture is properly prepared, organized, and ready, so that daily jobs can be executed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage and organize warehouse inventory (incoming & outgoing furniture)

. Prepare, stage, and ensure all items are ready in advance for daily delivery jobs

. Receive, inspect, and record returned items, highlighting any damage or repair needed

. Handle loading and unloading of furniture safely and efficiently

. Support delivery team with on-site setup, installation, dismantling, and moving

. Carry out basic touch-up, cleaning, and minor repair works when required

. Ensure proper handling and protection of furniture to minimize damage and rework

. Maintain cleanliness, order, and workflow efficiency within the warehouse

. Assist with stock arrangement, space planning, and optimization of storage areas

. Support daily logistics operations and adapt to urgent or last-minute job requirements

Requirements

. Physically fit and able to carry and handle heavy furniture items

. Experience in warehouse, logistics, moving, or furniture industry preferred

. Basic knowledge of furniture assembly, installation, or repair work is an advantage

. Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

. Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and preparation lists accurately

. Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn

. Able to support both warehouse and on-site operations when required

. Someone who takes ownership to ensure items are properly prepared before delivery

. Understands that poor preparation leads to delays, mistakes, and extra trips

. Reliable and consistent - not just doing tasks, but supporting overall operations flow

Work Schedule

. 6-day work week

. Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

. Overtime may be required depending on operations. Overtime pay will be provided
