Responsibilities
- Manage and update warehouse inventory by conducting daily and periodic stock-checks to ensure accurate stock levels
- Pick, check, pack, and sort items daily to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
- Receive goods daily by unloading, checking, staging, and storing items in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and processing areas through daily housekeeping tasks
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports to track order fulfillment records and warehouse activities
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operation Manager or General Manager
- Participate in continuous improvements projects to enhance the productivity of the warehouse team
Preferred Competencies And Qualifications
- Previous warehousing experience in pet food or pet supplies
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing operational environments and work processes
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Dependable, focused, and motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to work in an operational warehouse environment

- Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
