Warehouse Assistant (Packing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check incoming supplies against the DO and report any quantity or quality issues and discrepancies
• Pick, pack and label the supplies properly before loading
• Update Purchase team on status of goods received and report to Admin to update in the system
• Follow HSEQ procedures while lifting and packing
• Conduct monthly stock check and update in the system
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to read and write English with valid forklift licence preferred
• Experience in shipchandling or marine supply warehouse is an advantage
• Able to do physical work in a non-aircon environment
• Able to work overtime, long hours or during holidays and weekends to meet vessel loading time
• Team player with proactive and positive working attitude
• Only Singaporeans may apply
• Warehouse located at 4 Tuas Link 1 near Tuas West Road MRT station
• 5.5 days per week
